If you have always wanted to do something, just start doing it. Start small and gradually build up on the results you have already accomplished.
Find a new hobby
Binge-watching Netflix or simply being idle might be a good way to spend a quiet night at home and just relax, but you should not make a habit out of it. Find something that you are passionate about and invest your free time in it. It will give you a sense of accomplishment that will lead to a more satisfied outlook at your whole life. It does not matter what you do as long as it is productive.
Work out
Your mental health is directly linked to your physical fitness. Not to mention that obesity is very dangerous. So, stimulate the production of the hormone of happiness by working out more. Start off by simply jogging, or sign up for a local gym and an instructor who will give you some valuable guidelines. After just a couple of weeks you will start seeing and actually feeling the results.
Move to another city
A change of scenery might be very beneficial in some cases. We live in a time when working from a home office becomes more and more common. But no one says where your home has to be, right? Big cities such as London offer a lot of opportunities as well as challenges that will make you feel alive and would help you not to get bored. Just keep a positive outlook on life
